Kaleido

Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms cover Kaleido, the iPhone app made by Grace Jansen. By using it, you agree to them. Apple's standard license for apps applies too.

Free, and as is

Kaleido is free. It's provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Grace Jansen isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it, including lost progress or data.

AI-written content

Questions, wildcard rounds, quick-add results, and topic facts are written by Claude, an AI model, and can be wrong. Kaleido is for learning and fun. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Your content

Your facts and photos are yours, and they stay on your phone. Only add content you have the right to use, and don't use Kaleido's AI features to write anything unlawful or harmful. The daily AI share is per device; don't try to get around it.

Pictures

Pictures from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons belong to their authors under the licenses shown in Settings › Picture credits.
